Interactive Project Manager bidX

bidX operates the largest online community for emerging market entrepreneurs and we’re redeveloping our platform. We’re part of the BiD Network foundation, a leading organization in the field of Small and Medium sized Enterprise (SME) development and finance in emerging markets. BiD Network has partners in 16 countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

We are looking for someone who has the ambition to help launch and grow our platform. This position requires you to coordinate three parallel roadmaps (product marketing, customer services & technology) for the three planned commercial releases this year. It also involves coordination with BiD Network, our international partners and our resources in India, UK and USA at arm’s length.

•       Develop and maintain the project planning
•       Ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget
•       Define deliverables
•       Coach and oversee the development of functional requirements
•       Liaise between the project team and the clients (BiD Network, international partners, etc)
•       Update stakeholders regularly
•       Make sure Agile principle are respected (test cases, tdd, scrum, etc)

Qualifications & Experience

• A “get-things-done” mentality and highly motivated
• Experienced with tools like Jira (Atlassion) and Zendesk
• Excellent communication skills
• Very experienced at project management.
•  Experience at working with multiple teams of employees in cross-cultural environments
• Experience in implementing web platforms
• Fluent in English
• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

The position is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

We offer a 1 year contract with renewal. Commuting, mobile, lunch and pension expenses will also be covered.
