QA Engineer / Test automation
bidX is looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join its team in Amsterdam! The successful candidate will have at least 3 years working experience as a QA Engineer in a web-based software development environment. The challenge is to help develop a start-up company that already operates the world’s largest online community for entrepreneurs in emerging markets, into a commercially viable and leading provider of online services for businesses in emerging markets. We need you to bring
• solid experience of test automation frameworks (SoapUI, Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, etc.)
• ability to write and maintain test cases, using the best tools for the job
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently
• experience working with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
• familiarity with agile methodologies
• coding and :scripting ability will be greatly preferred (Java, Javascript, PHP)
