Regional Manager: Latin America and the Caribbean


The International HIV/AIDS Alliance supports community action on HIV, health and human rights to end AIDS.  Our vision is a world in which communities have brought an end to HIV transmission, and secured their health and human rights.  Since 1994, the Alliance and its partners have supported over 3,000 projects, in over 40 countries, reaching millions of people.
 
We are currently seeking a Regional Manager for the Latin America and Caribbean region. The successful candidate will lead the development, management, learning and reporting of the Alliance’s work in the region. This includes supporting Linking Organisations in delivering the Alliance strategy and results.
 
The Regional Manager will bring extensive experience in organisational development and in HIV/AIDS, health, rights and development. S/he will have significant knowledge of the socio-economic and political realities of the region as well as senior HIV/AIDS or broader health programme management experience. Fluency in Spanish is an essential requirement.
