Description A Sales Support Coordinator is required to support the work of the sales team and thereby increase productivity. Responsibilities/duties will include, but are not limited to: • Processing all Sales Orders via our CRM • Liaising cross departmentally for the implementation of all Sponsorships and Media contracts • Allocating incoming leads to the Sales Team • Providing administrative support to the sales team as required. • Responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the administrative functions within the department leaving the sales team to focus on client contact time and sales. • To control our space reallocation system based on clients previous spend • Booking meetings and making travel arrangements as required • Liaising with the Operations team to ensure accurate floor planning for Events • Preparation of standard presentation materials • Responding to client queries with standard letters within a set response time. • Keeping data bases and other information sources up to date. • Managing central sales databases • Support Sales time on-site at the events for rebooking effort • Ensuring Floor Plans correlate to CRM and Operational Data • Some travel may be required | ||

Criteria The ideal person will be articulate, professional, a great communicator, extremely organised and pay particular attention to detail. This is a broad, interesting and challenging role that will give the right candidate exposure to an exciting events business with a respected and reputed company within the industry. They will need to be or demonstrate: • Good interpersonal skills - can work effectively within a lively team • Experience in a Sales Support role, ideally in the telecommunications or events industry • Excellent communication Skills - both written and oral • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages • Some knowledge of Sales Force is preferred but not essential • Typing @ 40wpm • A methodical approach to work with good attention to detail • Professional and enthusiastic • The ability to handle potentially challenging stakeholders • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously | ||
