The purpose of this role is to deliver a sector-beating experience by communicating directly with our supporters via telephone, email and letter to the very highest quality. Through engaging supporters, handling enquiries and complaints, and thanking for support, this role will allow the team to build long term commitment and loyalty. Demonstrating excellent supporter care will help to deliver long term income and reach our ambitious targets.
As part of the Supporter Services team at WaterAid, the Supporter Care Advisor plays an important role in supporting our fundraising and campaigns teams to maximize supporter engagement in order to meet our ambitious targets.
Candidates will be expected to have excellent customer service or supporter service skills, and a passion for providing continuously high levels of supporter care. You will have strong written and verbal communications skills, and an ability to build rapport on the phone to engage with our supporters and build loyalty.
