Telecommunications Analyst County of Alachua, FL
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or a closely related field; and three years telecommunications experience, including one year of telecommunications project management experience; or any equivalent combination of closely related training and experience. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment. Applicants within six months of meeting the minimum education/experience requirement may be considered for trainee status. Experience configuring and maintaining Avaya VoIP and Intecom TDM PBX's; AMCOM 911 call locating, ESNA TOL voicemail, and Microcall call accounting; and knowledge configuring and maintaining Cisco switches and routers desirable.
