Undergraduate or Graduate Intern
Assist the Energy Management Supervisor in implementing and monitoring energy management systems and measures throughout Alachua County government owned facilities.
Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing energy master plans
- Coordinate the installation of energy conservation measures
- Assist with conducting energy audits & monitoring energy usage
- Perform economics of energy reduction projects
- Assist with developing a major asset replacement program
- Implement new and innovative energy savings measures
- Assist in developing a near-term energy savings technological plan
Hours Requested: At least 20 hours per week, mornings or afternoons.
