Position:                Customer Relationship Management Web Software Developer
Duties:                   Architect, develop, implement and maintain corporate applications in Salesforce CRM and Web applications, including other applications/systems if required. Communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements using interviews, documentation analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, and use case scenarios. Leverage experience for web based development, web services development, and SQL development to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems. Analyze and resolve highly complex & critical issues. Review the requirements, assess the work effort, and estimate the necessary time-to-completion. Communicate to users, management, and other departments. Create unit test plans and scenarios for development unit testing. Work with peers to carry out code reviews and unit testing of new development. Participate in production readiness review and go live activities.

Education
Required:              Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or related fields.
Experience
Required:              5 years progressively responsible professional experience in the job offered or related.
Special
Requirements:     Progressively responsible professional experience must include:
1. Developing and maintaining Salesforce.com-based systems & applications;
2. Apex coding, application customization & administration;
3. Security, reporting, data import/export, integration, and data migration;
4. Salesforce.com partner & customer portal, SQL/SOQL Queries, Web Development;
5. ASP.net, Web Services, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, SDL, SOAP;
6. Developing software in the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment with Force.com plugins.
