Responsibilities:
 

Genesys PS Consultants are primarily responsible for the provision of Consultancy Services to Genesys Customer base in a predominabtly post-sales environment.

The initial primary objective of the Associate Consultant is to learn Genesys technologies, begin to understand Genesys products functionalities, implementation and operation, how Genesys solutions integrate into the customer environment, and begin to apply problem solving skills.

The Associate Consultant will initially work out from a Solution Center, where, normaly in a team of new Associates, will follow a specific training program, that normally includes a bootcamp, a shadowing period, and a controlled introduction into the full implementation and consulting work with our customers.

Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred:

• The candidate has had formal education in Software Engineering and/or Telecommunication on a bachelor level.
• The candidate has a good level of understanding at the theoretical and practical level of databases and programming languages.
• The position requires a good level of team-work and the ability to relate well with Customers and Partners; ultimately, the position requires the ability to work in complex projects and the ability/maturity to take decisions inside his/her responsibility.
• Fluent English required.
