REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Math, Science, or other Technical discipline, OR equivalent experience within a related field.
· Candidate should understand agency’s current objectives, functions and future planning. Experience working within DOD and IC communities is desirable. Agency experience is desirable.
· The systems engineer provides on-site technical support and systems administration for the Oakley developed desktop monitoring system. This includes installation, integration, operations and maintenance of the product and troubleshooting, bug reporting and resolution for customer issues.
· The systems administrator will provide recommendations to the customer's internal IT staff with deployment of Oakley's product suite and act as the internal customer advocate for problem resolution, new product features, and future product direction.
· The systems engineer’s support encompasses network and server administration. The systems engineer’s responsibilities include: implementation of baseline changes and respond to change requests; perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers; assist in building servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects; and operate and maintain servers.
