WWF- Thailand is working to conserve biodiversity and build a secure and sustainable future for people and wildlife.
WWF-Thailand is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented MTI Coordinator to develop and implement strategies to maintain and build targeted business and corporate partnerships to support WWF-Thailand’s work on key commodities, such as seafood, tropical timber, pulp and paper and sugar. The successful candidate is expected to manage existing corporate relationships and secure new corporate partnerships with national and multinational businesses that willincrease support and investment in sustainable commodity production standards and responsible supply chain policies that drive market uptake for sustainably produced products.
Base location: Bangkok, Thailand
Key requirements:
  • A degree and/or 5 years relevant experience
  • Technical expertise in a relevant environmental, sustainability, economic, business or industry discipline, and experience in the application of this knowledge in a relevant context.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Thai and regional business and industry, trade and economic drivers, including national and international issues, policy legislation and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Thai and regional markets and supply chains for key commodities of interest to WWF, specifically seafood, timber products, sugar, including national and international issues, policy legislation and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent speaking and written English and Thai
