Assistant Professor – REMS (Tulsa Campus)

The College of Education, School of Educational Studies, Oklahoma State University is seeking an Assistant Professor in Research, Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics (REMS).  Responsibilities:  The successful candidate will teach graduate courses in educational and psychological statistics, program evaluation, measurement, and other areas appropriate to the candidate’s expertise and the program’s needs.  Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong record of scholarship, supervising master’s theses and doctoral dissertations, seek external grants and contracts, and serving as a resource to the school, college and university.  This position is assigned to the Tulsa campus; however, REMS faculty teach on both the main Stillwater campus and Tulsa campus approximately 60 miles apart. REMS courses serve graduate programs in the College of Education as well as those in other colleges.  REMS is also a program option within the Educational Psychology master’s degree and Ph.D. degree.  Qualifications include an earned doctorate in Educational Research and Evaluation or a closely related field, a record of scholarly productivity commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience, and potential for excellence in teaching.
