Responsibilities:

• Be pro-active about managing own development as a future assurance service leader, e.g. secondments.
• Contribute to broader audit business.
• Translate the audit strategy into effective audit procedures.
• Deliver the assurance service for the assignment efficiently and effectively.
• Review work prepared by Associates and Assurance Technicians for sign off by Manager/Senior Manager.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to sales process.
• Generate ideas to maximise assignment profitability.

To qualify for this highly visible position and an excellent opportunity for career advancement, candidates must have: 

• an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or any other business related subject and/or an accounting designation i.e. ACCA, CA, CGA, CPA etc.
• approximately 4 years of experience working as an auditor for a public accounting firm, or particular business/industry experience to meet special needs
• excellent project management skills
• advanced written and verbal communication skills
• a dedication to teamwork and leadership
• integrity within a professional environment
