Within Bayer’s international headquarters, located in Leverkusen near Cologne, you will join our Human Resources team that provides a proactive global HR service
to support line managers, employees and HR Business Partners in achieving their business goals. This position is part of the Global Process Administration (GPA) team interacting with
HR professionals worldwide to support global processes from a centralized location in Leverkusen. You will be in charge of the maintenance and customizing of master data as well as handling reporting requests. This includes processing of reporting demands, maintenance of procuration and customizing of new categories for a legal entity. Furthermore, you are responsible for the handling of HR authorizations on the global SAP systems. As the first point of contact for stakeholders you manage improvements and new developments of authorizations. Additionally, you will be in charge of the knowledge management focusing on internal trainings and will also have the opportunity to take part in several projects within a global context.

This position is limited for 2 years.
Your qualifications
You graduated in Business Administration with majors in Human Resources or IT, or an equivalent education. We are looking for an IT-interested person with commercial administration training and experience in customer service or any other business environment; previous HR experience and knowledge of SAP HR would be beneficial. You convince by a high level of service delivery attitude and enjoy working in an international team. Colleagues appreciate your organization and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English and German skills are required, any additional language skills would be an advantage.
