The Position
Roshan, an IPS company based in Afghanistan is seeking for a Product Manager - Electronic Top Up to work within its Product team. Product Manager, Electronic Top Up is responsible for overall product management of Roshan's Electronic Top Up services, including Electronic, Online, International, and Mobile -Money Top Up.

A summary of the Product Manager - Electronic Top Up responsibilities and tasks is as follows:
  • Rolls out new Electronic Top Up and Mobile- Money related products

  • Drives the product development process

  • Prepares project plan and goes to market strategy

  • Identifies opportunities for new products and promotions, superficially to drive the uptake of electronic forms of Top Up in the Afghan Market

  • Works with third party terminal providers, M-Money, Sales and Distribution to ensure adequate market penetration of Electronic Top Up solutions for Roshan customers

  • Writes functional requirements and contributes to Product RFPs for new products and promotions

  • Coordinates tasks between different departments to deliver product per the project plan schedule

  • Writes deliverables: business cases, revenue forecasts, presentations, market researches, MarCom and Customer Care briefs, Sales training, test plans, functional product specifications, and project plans

  • Monitors product performance and analyzes usage

  • Recommends proactive ways to promote and push up-sell /cross-sell services

  • Creates a long term strategy for continued growth of electronic top-up options

  • Meets revenue targets by launching promotions, enhanced functionality, etc

  • Establishes roadmaps and forecasts

  • Organizes demos with support of sales team and distribution to promote various products
