The London School of Commerce is a leading higher education Business School, with campuses in central London and overseas.
The post-holder will be responsible for coordinating and dynamically promoting the School's compliance administration and activities with the UK Border Agency Tier 4 sponsor requirements. The post-holder must proactively review and update policies, procedures and processes in order for the school to ensure that it is in full compliance with the relevant legislation and guidelines.
In addition, the post holder will also be required to operate and manage the compliance systems and to co-ordinate the School's annual application for UKBA Highly Trusted Sponsor status.
The successful post-holder must be able to demonstrate expertise in the compliance field, preferably within the education sector and must be educated to degree level with a minimum of a 2:1 honours from a UK university. It would also be an advantage if the post-holder had previous forensic experience in this field. The post-holder must be OISC qualified.
This is an opportunity for an individual who is motivated to operate in a dynamic, fast moving and stimulating environment, while maintaining the highest standard of good practice. Familiarity of working with International students would be desirable.
