Job Description

Daily BOP reporting processing

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.Ensure the input data quality, avoid any human error occurred by our side, ensure all transactions are compliance with Bank SLA and PBOC/SAFE regulations and group policy.
2.Ensure Nil transaction pending or delay due to personal reasons.
3.Ensure all monthly/quarterly reports complete on time.
4.Build up good relationship with all internal/external customers.
5.Ensure all the transactions processed are consistently accurate and complete.
6.Ensure to assist Team-supervisor for Team daily BAU operation and raise any issues if incurred.
7.Ensure to assist Team-supervisor for dealing with project migration, backlogs clearing and other non-BAU situations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Good communications skills and excellent teamwork spirit.
• Good learning attitude/capacity, will to work hard and under pressure.
• Good system thinking skills and problem solving approach.
• Proficient in PC applications & skills and especially on Excel is
preferred.
• Good knowledge of banking products(Prefer the staff have the
experience on FCY payment, Trade Finance etc)
