With experience in a senior executive support role and well developed admin skills you are just the person we are looking for at ActionAid. We are looking for a great PA/Administrator to support our Director of People, Performance & Accountability and his/her team to help them work more effectively.
You will help manage and prioritise the Director’s workload as well as coordinate logistics from scheduling and preparing meetings to answering calls and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also take and circulate minutes, handle correspondence, manage diaries and carry out general admin duties covering copying to filing to help ensure the department runs smoothly. You will also get involved in ad hoc projects as needed.
It is essential that you have experience of providing office & senior level PA support and have well developed communication, admin and keyboard abilities. In addition, you must have good people skills, work well as part of a team and be comfortable meeting multiple deadlines. Discreet and able to work on your own initiative, you will have an eye for detail, strong PC skills and the confidence to make changes to improve processes.
