As a Central Resources Administrator you will use your admin skills to support the Director of Central Resources and the management team.  This will involve managing logistics from scheduling and preparing meetings to answering calls and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also take and circulate minutes, organise documentation, handle correspondence and manage diaries. In addition you will carry out a range of general admin duties from copying to filing to help ensure the team runs smoothly. 

You’ll be the kind of person who keeps calm under pressure and has extensive experience of providing office & senior level PA support. Naturally good with people, you will have well developed communication, admin and PC skills coupled with an eye for detail. Excellent at multitasking you will also be a strong team player who is able take the initiative and prioritise work- loads when needed.
