HR Specialist - Organisation Effectiveness
The APAC organization effectiveness specialist will focus on training and development for the APAC region and also participate in global project teams. This role reports to global Organization Effectiveness function and is a participating member of the APAC HR team.
This role will be responsible for leading and conducting APAC organizational effectiveness programs such as key development and leadership development programs etc. In addition, this role will also assess critical business issues and facilitate the design and implementation of small to medium reorganization efforts
Desired Skills & Experience
If you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in organization development, strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and willing to travel 30% of the time to Asia Pacific countries, we want to hear from you.
The salary for this position is at a managerial level but since there are no direct reports to this position, it does not have a manager name in the job title.
