Senior Estimator - Envelope Contractor

Role overview:

Major European Facades /Building Envelope Contractor is currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator / estimating manager to head its commercial operations within the UK.

Job:                                       Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager - German speaking

Sector:                                  Commercial Building Envelopes/facades.

Salary/Package:                 50 - 70K + Excellent benefits and bonuses

Location:                              Anywhere in Europe - London  - In the office once a week.

Role:

* Working predominately on major building envelope/facade/curtain wall projects in the UK.

* Projects will range in value from £5 - £15 million.

* All projects will be focused on unitised and refurbished windows.

* Liaising with design and production team.

Key skills required:

* Must have a very strong estimating background from the Curtain Walling industry.

* Very strong technically.

* Possible design background.

* Must have big value projects experience within estimation.

* Schuco experience would be a bonus.

* Unitised Curtain walling experience

* MUST BE GERMAN SPEAKING. Fluent in German.
