Advocacy and Communications Development Worker - East Jerusalem or Ramallah


International Service is seeking to appoint a Development Worker who can assist local Palestinian NGOs to development improved skills and services in Advocacy and Communications. This Development Worker will work as part of team of technical experts providing a range of support to assist Palestinian NGOs develop their organisational capacities in a way that helps them to improve their sustainability and the quality of the services they provide to people in the occupied Palestinian territory.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate that they share the vision and mission of International Service, as well as having at least 3 years work experience in a relevant field. Knowledge of human rights and experience of working in the occupied Palestinian territory or MENA region will be a distinct advantage. International Service will also prefer candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a preference for collaborative working and strong skills in terms of analysis, planning, implementation and monitoring processes.
