Job Description

Job Purpose
 
Provide analytical and problem structuring expertise and support to key business change opportunities and initiatives driven by IAG Cargo or by the wider IAG Group.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Work cross-functionally across the IAG Group to ensure delivery of key business priorities
  • Provide expertise in complex data analysis consultancy to support key project priorities to ensure robust decision making
  • Work closely with analytical and IT teams to ensure that complex analysis can be incorporated into regular reporting when required

  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem structuring. Able to structure and manage complex data sets to inform business decisions
  • Flexible, proactive, able to cope with complexity and resilient
  • Good cultural awareness
  • Ability to speak Spanish desirable but not essential
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level with strong analytical content (e.g. Mathematics, Science, Operational Research, Finance)
Experience
  • Experience of working in an analytical role tackling complex problems to supporting key business decisions
  • Experience of working cross-functionally and influencing delivery
  • Ability to scope projects and a track record of good project delivery
  • Experience of working with external consultants desirable but not essential
