We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Alumni & External Relations Officer to help maintain and enhance the positive relationships already established with our Management alumni and corporate partners.

As a member of the School’s External Relations & Marketing team, you will seek to leverage the power of the alumni community to support the School’s student recruitment initiatives, academic research agenda and to enhance the student learning experience and career opportunities. The post holder will also be expected to liaise closely with the University of Bath’s Development & Alumni Relations Office to ensure the successful co-ordination of communications and events.

You will be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a conscientious approach. Managing the alumni database is a key part of the role, so you will need to have experience of databases (ideally Raiser’s Edge), enhancing data capture and ensuring data integrity. Experience of using social networking as a communication tool, updating websites and running events would also be advantageous.
