The Senior Finance Officer is a member of the Faculty Finance team.  The post holder will work with a team of colleagues within the Faculty Finance team to provide comprehensive financial support and advice to members of the Faculty including the School Management Teams and Budget Holders.

The post holder will assist with the School/Institute’s annual reporting cycle, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for particular Schools or Institutes within the Faculty. 

The post holder will have relevant experience of working in an accounting enviroment and the ability to effectively communicate finance practice and procedure to non-finance managers.

This is a temporary post to provide cover for a period of 6 months.
