| JOB DETAILS |
| Supervise the shift operations and the operators who are working on the shifts. Make sure that there are minimum losses. Generate and submit reports about production targets, criteria, achievements, losses and any irregularities on daily / weekly / monthly basis. |

| REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS |
| Minimum A-Levels. Additional Speci cations: Good communication skills in Kiwahili and English. Must be IT literate. Technical knowledge is an advantage. Should have good managerial qualities. Should be able to handle a shift of several workers. |
