Evaluation of ACF's programme 'Réponse à la crise au Sahel 2012 en Sécurité Alim'

ACF is looking for an experienced evaluator for the evaluation of a 2-stage multi country food security intervention in the Sahel region implemented in 2012. The response covered 4 countries (Burkina Faso, Chad, Mauritania and Niger) coordinated from the ACF West Africa Regional Office in Dakar. The evaluation will cover the whole programme but will only include visits to Dakar and two countries of operation – most likely Mauritania and either Burkina Faso or Chad.
The evaluator will be fluent in French language as most documentation and interviews will be in French. They will also have an excellent command of written English, as the report will be written in English.
The evaluation must start at the beginning of April and will last for approximately 33 days.
A detailed terms of reference will be ready before signing of the contract.
