Position: Senior Manager, Revenue Management and Pricing

Department: Commercial

Section: Revenue Management

Reporting: General Manager Commercial

Key tasks

• Designs the schedule and optimizes the hub ‘in the heart of Africa’

• Defines the revenue management and pricing strategy;

• Establishes route performance and yield targets;

• Defines fare structures and pricing points;

• Designs inventory management processes;

• Structures the revenue management, pricing and CRC team ;

• Assists in acquiring revenue management forecasting and optimisation tools where necessary.

Education and Experience

• Graduate with 5 years commercial experience with a bias in quantitative methods & economics.

• Excellent Computer Skills.

• Post-graduate diploma or IATA/UFTA from a recognized IATA certified institution is an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong Analytical & Visionary skills, customer focused with good PR;

• Planning & Organizational skills;

• Business Acumen;

• Knowledge of Airline Business;

• At least 5 years management experience in a dynamic R.M./N.P environment;

• Leadership, Coaching skills, Decisive & confident;

• Revenue & Cost conscious.
