Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-7 years experience troubleshooting servers/ networks, excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase their knowledge of computer networks and business solutions.We are looking for someone with experience in the following technologies:

Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012

Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010

VMware Technologies

Citrix Technologies

Cisco Firewalls

Microsoft, Cisco or Citrix Certifications a plus

The successful candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of the following areas:

TCP/IP Troubleshooting

Active Directory

Virtualization

Networking

System backup and monitoring

The Senior Network Administrator will be responsible for Tier 2 support for our clients as well as assisting in responding to incoming Tier 1 calls.  Some travel may be required and off hours work will be necessary.  This full time position requires a person that possesses the following personal skills:
