We seek to appoint an individual to lead on Arup’s work with Local Authorities and City Regions to identify and deliver major urban infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for working with Authorities to use new funding opportunities help identify infrastructure needs, shape policy, develop business cases and secure funding for schemes.

The role will suit a self-motivated and dynamic person, capable of engaging with politicians and officers at senior level. Working with Arup specialists in planning, transport and other technical disciplines, the candidate will be able to show thought leadership, generate creative ideas and provide commercial acumen to help clients deliver major schemes.
