We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Supporter Development and Retention Team and play a key part in the direct marketing programme. The team’s contribution is crucial to the growth of the organisation, bringing in just under 50% of total income. 

This role will focus on three main areas – our high value supporter programme, our upgrade programme and our supporter stewardship activities.

You will be responsible for project managing a variety of online and offline communications. You’ll prepare briefs, develop creative, manage project budgets and collaborate effectively with our suppliers to ensure excellent results. 

We’re looking for someone with proven direct marketing and project management experience, with an aptitude for understanding complex segmentation and targeting. You’ll also have an ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to produce inspiring creative and excellent data-driven campaigns that motivate individuals to continue supporting WaterAid, as well as increase their levels of support.
