Role

As Lead HR Business Partner you'll work in collaboration with the HR Director and BBC leaders to develop and implement a proactive, highly impactful and innovative human resources strategy that drives and supports the delivery of the divisional and people strategy. As well as leading the development of medium-and short-term operating plans for human resources, anticipating changing divisional and market needs, you'll also lead the development of the human resources, ensuring that skills and capabilities are developed or acquired in advance of need. In addition you'll lead and mentor the HR team on complex issues- reactive service on around restructures, Reward, ER, Recruitment and Development using their experience in operational HR and Case Management.

Requirements

You’ll have substantial experience working as an HR Business Partner in a large complex organisation and will have strong technical skills across the full range of HR activities. We need your demonstrable strong people management skills and leadership capability within a team and across functions. In addition to your strong stakeholder management experience, you’ll also have influenced through change. You’ll be able to design and deliver meaningful HR data as well as help drive a high performing organisation.
