UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Communication for Development Specialist to support development and implementation of a national Strategic Communication Plan for the Ministry of Health Measles Rubella (MR) Immunization Campaign.

Qualification:
Advanced Degree in public health or social sciences;
Proven professional experience in results-based management (including Monitoring and Evaluation) and knowledge management in the health sector;
Familiarity with HIV prevention/Youth-Friendly Services for most-at-risk adolescents;
Knowledge of current trends and issues related to managing results for development;
Good understanding of evaluation theories, methodologies and data (especially quantitative data) is a must;
Excellent communication and English writing skills;
Familiarity with UNICEF system is an asset;
Flexible and ability to work independently.
