The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with a social purpose. Set up on 16 April 1956 in order to bring solutions to the problem of refugees, its scope of action has steadily broadened to include sectors that directly contribute to strengthening social cohesion in Europe. The CEB represents a major instrument of solidarity policy in Europe, helping its 40 Member States to achieve sustainable and equitable growth.
In order to provide for the development of our activities, we are seeking a Paris-France based:
External Affairs Officer
Reporting to the Head of Cabinet of the Governor, the incumbent contributes to CEB’s external affairs and more specifically to the Governor’s communication and relations with CEB’s shareholders and stakeholders and the press.
