Millbank London ​£43,600 - £56,650 p.a.
Glasgow £41,200 - £52,600 p.a.
These roles involve managing and delivering a range of energy market-related projects at the cutting edge of economic and regulatory policy. Working closely with senior managers you will provide expert advice across a wide variety of departments to develop regulatory policy. This will mean preparing major policy documents and leading discussions with both industry operators and representative groups on major policy initiatives and market analysis.
You will need the following skills and experience:
  • A degree in economics or related discipline of 2.1 or higher.
  • Masters degree in economics or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • Wide-ranging expertise in applying regulatory economics and/or developing policy in a commercial or public sector environment, ideally gained within the energy sector.
  • Experience in leading analytical work to support policy development and monitoring.
  • Experience of project management and delivery.
