BBC Radio Lincolnshire is looking for Broadcast Assistants to work on guaranteed minimum hours contracts. The work could involve setting up guests, researching, recording interviews, providing creative treatments for stories, or reporting from the radio car for all our programmes, seven days a week
This is a superb opportunity for candidates looking for flexible working as the work will be irregular and occasional
You'll need excellent communication skills, lots of enthusiasm and a flair for picking a story and giving it a creative treatment.
It is essential you have a good broadcasting voice, broadcasting experience, a sound editorial judgment and proven broadcast technical ability.
The contracts will be for a minimum of 30 hours a year, with opportunity to increase hours with holiday relief and staff absence cover.
