Tetra Tech, Inc. is currently seeking an Environmental Engineering/Scientist Intern for our Chicago, IL office. 

The ideal candidate will learn the general principles of environmental consulting and develop skills related to their program of study.  The intern will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of areas in environmental consulting including environmental engineering, natural resource management, disaster management planning, and hazardous waste management.  Specific tasks would include data management and organization, data analysis, and report writing and compilation.  At the end of the internship,the intern will be expected to present his/her internship experience to the office.

Job Requirements :

Must have good interpersonal skills, strong technical writing skills, spoken and written fluency in English.  Must be highly motivated and work well in a team environment.  Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet software, and databases is desirable.  The qualified candidate should be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate environmental science or civil/environmental engineering program.
