Product Launch Coordinator

Position

The Launch Coordinator is responsible for the flawless execution of the launch of a new product, both for the product itself and the related marketing materials. The category business manager will design the staggered launch plan, which indicates how many units should be delivered to each country and each distribution channel on a weekly basis. The launch coordinator has to ensure that all partners (procurement specialists/buyers, category business managers, warehouse & traffic department) are in alignment to support the staggered launch. Next to this, the correct management of orders, the efficient reporting  and the appropriate communication to the category business manager, the multidisciplinary team and the local sales teams is crucial to make the launch successful.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of business related experience, preferably within a global organization
• university degree
• Good Knowledge of SAP
• Take initiative
• Work proactive
• Clear and concise written and verbal communications
• Ability to function in team environment
• Analytical/reporting and problem solving skills
• Flexibility with assignments and adaptability with a variety of internal customers and business environments
• Project Management skills
