Job Description :

Tetra Tech MA Inc., a subsidiary of Tetra Tech dedicated to research and program evaluation, is seeking a Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will work primarily in the energy sector designing and providing evaluation, measurement and verification (EM&V) services that enable clients to make critical business and policy-related decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead discrete tasks and/or small teams to complete EM&V activities under the supervision of the project manager.
• Design and lead program-level process and impact evaluations.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide usable and unbiased results to clients.
• Report and present results to clients and relevant stakeholders, including Public Service Commissions and advisory committees.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Direct and provide regular assignment feedback to project team members.
• Contribute to the sales of Tetra Tech services.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in the overall energy industry, evaluation, or social research required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, or other related field required; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Excellent quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analysis skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Research and/or evaluation methodology design experience required.
• Experience performing data analysis on data sets preferred.
• Experience reporting and/or presenting to clients or public organizations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of end-use energy characteristics, energy efficiency measures and technologies, and programs is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites and conferences required.
