Job Description :

Tetra Tech MA Inc., a subsidiary of Tetra Tech dedicated to research and program evaluation, is seeking candidates for an Energy Efficiency Program Evaluation Manager.  The Manager will work primarily in the energy sector selling, directing, and providing evaluation, measurement and verification (EM&V) services that enable clients to make critical business and policy-related decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop client relationships and accounts.
• Lead responses to request for proposals.
• Provide technical advice on evaluation, monitoring, and verification methods.
• Lead project teams in the delivery of projects.
• Ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Develop consulting and EM&V skills of junior staff.
• Represent Tetra Tech at industry conferences and present scholarly papers.
• Promote the image and interests of Tetra Tech.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in consulting or energy industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Demonstrates the expertise, experience, and technical knowledge necessary for process evaluation, impact evaluation, and market assessment of EE programs.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods required.
• Proven ability to manage complex program and portfolio evaluations required.
• Strong track record of contributions to written and oral proposals required.
• Ability to travel to client sites and/or conferences required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
