Project: COMMUNICATION CONSULTANCY TO SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN AWARENESS RAISING CAMPAIGN FOR THE AJUTOR SOCIAL AND HEATING ALLOWANCE PROGRAMS.
Duration: 2 years
Education: Master's degree relevant to the assignement.
Experience: - 8 years of experience in relevant field (sociology, journalism, public relations, marketing, political science); - Experience in engaging local and central level decision makers, opinion leaders, media and other stakeholders in the implementation of communication activities; - Experience in implementing and supporting communication campaigns in transition economies, including CIS countries; - Excellent command of Romanian, Russian and English for use in written and verbal communication.
