Project: COMMUNICATION CONSULTANCY TO SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN AWARENESS RAISING CAMPAIGN FOR THE AJUTOR SOCIAL AND HEATING ALLOWANCE PROGRAMS.
Duration: 2 years
Education: Master's degree relevant to the assignement.
Experience: - 10 years of experience in relevant field (sociology, journalism, public relations, marketing, political science); - Experience in implementing social/communication campaigns and proven experience in implementing communication campaigns in support of reforms; - Knowledge of international standards for conducting public opinion research (preferably in social protection); - Experience of running at least 2 awareness raising campaigns in social sector; - Practical experience of managing training and consultancy in the assessment of efficiency of the social assistance system in transition economies will be an advantage; - Excellent command of Romanian, Russian and English for use in written and verbal communication.
