Job Title:Entry Level Customer Liaison

The Customer Liaison will act as a liaison between end-user customers and Contractors. They will be attending weekly meetings with the Government Representative to resolve issues and communicate service levels, services, and service expectations to the Government (response and resolution times, etc.)

Qualifications:
-Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
-Knowledge or interest in the IT/government field.
-Experience working with employees to provide guidance during difficult situations in order to achieve the best possible resolution for the end-user customer, company and the Government.
-Ability to contribute to the ongoing development of best practices for customization and development of process methodologies.
-Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with different levels of personnel.
-Must be clearable and able to obtain a DOD security clearance.
