Qualification:
Advanced university degree in law and international law
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in developing national and international legal frameworks/laws including Pre-primary and General education
Good familiarity of and work experience in CEE/CIS region is an asset
Flexible and communicative with excellent articulation, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of English
