Project Engineer
Structural or Civil Project Engineer collaborates with customers to facilitate and combine our excellent engineering consulting services in the Fenestration industry, as well provide innovative solutions for demanding manufactures and technical entities.
Our company has established itself in the fenestration industry as a result of the following consulting services:
• Product design and development for the Florida market.
• Preparation of testing for product approval requirements in and out of Florida
• Shop drawing preparation with engineering analysis
• Product approval documentation preparation submittals
• Integration of new technologies with existing fenestration designs
• Development of installation instructions for "on the field" use
Our company location in Dania Beach, Florida is currently recruiting for an entry-level Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer you will gain experiences and develop skills in:
• Project management
• Budget preparation and job cost control
• Scheduling and Project follow up and execution
• Engineering and design support
• Business development and Sales if necessary
Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical,)
• Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
• A minimum of one construction or design related internship experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required and a must
• Knowledge of Inventor and/or SketchUp preferred
• Secondary Language in Spanish preferred
