As a senior economist for Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries, you’ll be a key figure in the Office of the Chief Economist. Based in our Astana or Almaty hub, you’ll be ideally placed to advise our client countries and our country teams in the area of economic reform and project work whilst gaining insight that will inform our strategic approach for the region. To succeed, you’ll need an advanced degree in economics and extensive experience in a policy environment. You’ll also possess a strong knowledge of policy challenges facing transition economies, in addition to exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
