Our Finance functions are an integral part of the Consumer, Luxury, Professional and Active Cosmetics Product Divisions. Brands include L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Lancôme, Kerastase, Matrix, Vichy and many more.
JOB MISSION
To provide a full financial service to the brand, managing the financial aspects of the brand’s plans, budgets and trends and liaising with the different brand functions and corporate departments. To be a pro-active member of the Brand’s Management Committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provision of Financial Reporting to the Brand Management
  • Assist in the construction of Plans and budgets for the Brands
  • Ensure compliance with Legal and Group standards regarding financial reporting
  • Highlight any financial risks and propose appropriate corrective action
  • Inform the Brand MD on finance and related matters
  • Provide financial data analysis to support business drivers and strategy
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree level educated in a relevant discipline (economics, maths, corporate finance, etc).
  • CIMA qualification is not required but could be an asset
  • Minimum of 8 years previous experience in finance or banking environment ideally with and experience of working with or in FMCG sector
  • French can be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, excel mastery
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills ; ability to develop strategic business plan and ensure its implementation
  • Entrepreneurial, able to identify business development opportunities
  • Strong leadership, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
