The Emerging Professionals Programme will develop your skills and knowledge to become a recognised professional in your field. Our four year programme is designed to help guide and develop our graduates into successful technical consultants, focusing on self-management, client relationships, financial & business acumen and project leadership.
Through the programme you can work with different types of professionals from a variety of disciplines, willing to share their knowledge and expertise. The exposure to our leading professionals will help you gain the experience needed to build your career. If you want to continue your studies by completing a post-graduate course you can also apply for education assistance to help cover the cost.
Through our People Managers you will get regular feedback from project leaders and other professionals as well as exposure to many areas of our business. In addition, Aurecon also encourages participation for all Emerging Professionals in our formal Mentoring programme - Mentoring for Success, allowing interested and passionate senior members of staff to connect with, engage and support our Emerging Professionals on their career journey within Aurecon.
