Context
HD PLUS GmbH is headquartered in Unterföhring near Munich and is a subsidiary of satellite provider ASTRA, which belongs to the Luxembourgish satellite company SES. HD PLUS GmbH was founded in May 2009 and markets the HD+ product, an additional range of channels in high definition (HD) via satellite. The open HD+ platform brings popular free TV channels to the market with high definition quality. The range of HD+ channels currently comprises RTL HD, Sat.1 HD, ProSieben HD, VOX HD, kabel eins HD, RTL II HD, N24 HD, TELE 5 HD, SPORT1 HD, Nickelodeon HD, COMEDY CENTRAL HD, sixx HD, SUPE RTL HD and DMAX HD. Each HD+ receiver also transmits the unencrypted HD channels Das Erste HD, ZDF HD, ARTE HD, ServusTV HD and Anixe HD.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Counsel / Data Protection Officer in any legal matters
- Dealing with legal issues, particularly in the fields contract law, data protection law, media and competition law
- Legal check of marketing material
- Assistance with the implementation of new products and product development
Experience / Qualifications
- Studies of Law
- Knowledge of above-mentioned fields is an asset
- Interested in dealing with complex legal, economic and technical issues
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work pro-actively and independently
