SERVICE DESK AGENT BRUSSELS

Ref. 1015210 - Service desk agent - Word, Excel - First experience For a company based in Brussels we are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent. Your tasks will consist of giving 1st line support by processing calls and emails from end-users and doing the follow-up for the contracts and SLA's. If the problems cannot be solved on the 1st line, they will transferred to colleagues on the 2nd line.   The candidate has a secondary degree and a first experience with a similar job is a plus. You master MS Office (Word, Excel…) and knowledge of SM7 is a plus. Besides that, you are ready to work in shifts 24/7 and are bilingual (French and Dutch).
